The tournament sized chess set is stunning masterpiece with attraction of mesmerising unique art of hand craftsmanship. All of the pieces are unique in their shape and have detail unlike any other Staunton chess set. The knight is artistically designed with elegant and intricate features that are meticulously hand carved including the eyes, nostrils, mouth, teeth and an exceptionally beautiful mane which creates movement.
All the pieces are hand carved and it takes our expert carver upto 2 weeks to finish a full set and sometimes even more so we maintain a regular stock of all our items. All the pieces are weighted with individual metal studs inserted at the bottom to make them ideal for good balance and speed play. The beautiful Staunton chess set pieces with the meticulously handcrafted knights are carved with perfection and expert precision. It has been designed to withstand the rigours of practical play while maintaining an elegance.
